Service Manager
Operational Problem Solving: Troubleshoot operational issues in refrigeration systems and manage customer interactions.
Business Development: Drive the service business, look after Spare Parts procurement, and handle Annual Maintenance Contract (AMC) business development.
Team Leadership: Manage service engineers and technicians.
Quality Assurance: Collect customer feedback upon the successful completion of service works.
Service Engineers
Field Troubleshooting: Solve practical, hands-on problems that arise in active refrigeration systems.
Project Commissioning: Oversee the testing and commissioning of recent projects.
Resource & Team Management: Track spare parts consumption and manage/guide field technicians.
Client Relations: Maintain robust, positive relationships with customers in office.
Service Technicians
Direct Execution: Attend to and resolve active service problems in refrigeration systems.
Escalation Protocol: Identify critical issues, discuss them with the Service Engineer or Service Manager, and execute repairs following their instructions.Role & responsibilities
