Roles and Responsibilities
Lead end-to-end Maps Operations delivery across multiple projects and geographies.
Manage large teams, including Operations Managers, Team Leads, SMEs, and Analysts.
Drive process improvements using Lean, Six Sigma, and automation initiatives.
Manage client relationships and serve as the primary escalation point.
Ensure compliance with client policies, information security, and quality standards.
Skill Set
Robust Maps/GIS/Geospatial operations knowledge.
Should have experience in Maps Operations management in a BPM/BPO/shared services setting.
Experience in Maps, GIS, Navigation, Location Intelligence, or Geospatial operations.
