Job Summary:

We seek a detail-oriented and analytical MIS Analyst to manage, develop, and maintain the Krishna Jewellers Pearls & Gems Management Information System (MIS). The ideal candidate will provide actionable insights by compiling, analyzing, and reporting data to support decision-making and improve business processes.

Key Responsibilities:
Data Management and Reporting:
Design, develop, and maintain regular and ad-hoc reports using MIS tools and platforms.
Gather data from various sources, ensure its accuracy, and create dashboards for performance tracking.
Provide insights and recommendations based on data analysis.
System Maintenance:
Maintain and update the MIS infrastructure to ensure seamless data flow and reporting.
Suggest and implement system enhancements to improve efficiency and accuracy.
Business Support:
Work closely with different departments (e.g., Sales, Operations.,) to understand their reporting needs.
Develop and automate reports to optimize workflow and reduce manual efforts.
Data Analysis:
Analyze business trends, identify growth opportunities, and present findings to management.
Monitor key performance indicators (KPIs)



and ensure they align with organizational goals.
Documentation and Training:
Create and maintain documentation of MIS processes and reports.
Train end-users on how to utilize MIS tools effectively.

Qualifications:
Education and Experience:
Bachelors degree in Computer Science, Information Systems, Business Administration, or a related field.
1+ years of experience in MIS reporting, data analysis, or a similar role.
Technical Skills:
Proficiency in data analysis and visualization tools such as Excel, Power BI, Tableau, or similar software.
Strong knowledge of databases and query languages (e.g., SQL).
Experience with ERP or CRM systems is a plus.
Soft Skills:
Solid analytical and problem-solving abilities.
Excellent communication and presentation skills.
Attention to detail and ability to manage multiple tasks simultaneously.
