Diploma or Bachelor's in IT/Computer Science/Computer Engineering (BCA, B.Sc. IT, B.E./B.Tech in CS/IT/ Vocational Course)

Technical Skills to Look For

Must-have (basic level is fine):
Windows OS troubleshooting (installation, drivers, updates, BSOD basics)
Networking concepts (IP addressing, LAN/WAN, ping/tracert, printer/network troubleshooting)
Hardware troubleshooting (PC assembly basics, printer issues, peripherals)
MS Office proficiency (Excel, Word, PowerPoint) and Teams, outlook etc.
Basic understanding of Active Directory (user creation, password resets, permissions) — even conceptual knowledge will help.

Nice-to-have :
Any exposure to server OS (Windows Server basics)
Basic knowledge of ERP, CRM systems.
CCNA/basic networking certification.
Soft Skills (arguably more significant at this level)
Positive Communication skills.
Patience and a service mindset — desktop support means dealing with frustrated, non-technical users regularly
Willingness to learn — at intern level, attitude matters more than existing depth of knowledge
Basic English proficiency (verbal + written)

Pay: Up to ₹15,000.00 per day
