Shringar Fashion Jewellery is looking for a passionate and customer-focused Sales Executive to deliver an exceptional shopping experience. The ideal candidate should have excellent communication skills, a pleasant personality, and the ability to understand customer requirements while helping them select the perfect jewellery.

Roles & Responsibilities
Welcome customers warmly and provide a premium shopping experience.
Understand customer preferences and recommend suitable jewellery products.
Achieve daily and monthly sales targets.
Build strong relationships with customers to encourage repeat business.
Explain product features, pricing, offers, and jewellery care instructions.
Handle billing, invoicing, and payment collection accurately.
Maintain attractive product displays and ensure the showroom is clean and organized.
Manage stock by arranging, replenishing, tagging, and reporting shortages.
Assist with inventory counting, stock audits, and new product arrivals.
Handle customer queries, exchanges, and complaints professionally.




Coordinate with the store manager regarding sales performance and inventory requirements.
Stay updated on the latest jewellery trends and new collections.
Follow company policies, maintain discipline, and represent the brand professionally at all times.

Preferred candidate profile
13 years of experience in sales (fashion jewellery, jewellery, apparel, cosmetics, or luxury retail preferred).
Freshers with excellent communication skills and a solid willingness to learn may also apply.
Minimum qualification: Intermediate (12th Pass); Graduate preferred.
Strong communication skills in Telugu and Hindi. Basic English is an added advantage.
Excellent interpersonal and customer service skills.
Pleasant personality with a professional appearance.
Positive selling, negotiation, and persuasion skills.
Ability to work in a rapid-paced retail environment.
Basic knowledge of billing systems and computer operations is preferred.
Honest, punctual, responsible, and a good team player.
Adaptable to work on weekends and during festivals, as required by the business.
