Job Description

We are looking for a highly skilled and passionate AI/ML Engineer with strong expertise in Large Language Models (LLMs), Retrieval-Augmented Generation (RAG), MLOps, and Machine Learning solutions. The ideal candidate will be responsible for designing, developing, deploying, and optimizing scalable AI/ML applications and intelligent systems.

Key Responsibilities
Design and develop AI/ML solutions using modern machine learning techniques and frameworks.
Build and optimize LLM-based applications and RAG pipelines.
Develop scalable ML models and deploy them in production environments.
Implement MLOps best practices including CI/CD, model monitoring, versioning, and automation.




Work with structured and unstructured datasets for model training and evaluation.
Collaborate with cross-functional teams to deliver AI-driven business solutions.
Fine-tune and optimize transformer-based models for various use cases.
Ensure performance, scalability, and reliability of ML systems.

Required Skills
Robust experience in AI/ML Engineering
Hands-on expertise in Large Language Models (LLMs)
Experience with RAG (Retrieval-Augmented Generation)
Strong knowledge of MLOps
Proficiency in Python
Experience with TensorFlow
Good understanding of model deployment and cloud-based ML workflows
Experience with vector databases and prompt engineering is a plus

Preferred Qualifications
Experience working with Generative AI applications
Knowledge of cloud platforms like AWS/Azure/GCP
Strong problem-solving and communication skills
Ability to work in a rapid-paced setting
