Eligibility:
Minimum 1 year of experience in an International Voice Process is preferred.
Freshers with excellent English communication skills are also eligible to apply.

Key Responsibilities:
Handle inbound and/or outbound international customer calls.
Resolve customer queries professionally and efficiently.
Provide accurate information and maintain high customer satisfaction.
Meet quality, productivity, and performance targets.
Maintain proper documentation of customer interactions.

Required Skills:
Excellent verbal communication skills in English.
Solid customer service and interpersonal skills.
Ability to work in a rapid-paced setting.
Basic computer knowledge and typing skills.
Willingness to work in rotational shifts, if required.
