Responsibilities
Act as voice of the customers in the organization.
Gather and evaluate feedback from clients and present the insights findings to the internal stakeholders of the organization.
Play a crucial role in creating customer loyatly and retention.
Specialists are expected to be well-versed on the technical side of organizations products/offerings and should be able to share insight and tips on how to use features and troubleshoot.
Incumbents at this level are entry para-qualified who have little or no prior knowledge/experience.
They follow standard procedures and are responsible for perform basic routine based tasks in defined parameters.
They follow basic written and oral instructions.
They work under close supervision and communicate information that requires little explanation.
They can design solutions to those potential problems.
Organizing and executing administrative tasks across multiple computer programs.
Qualifications
Any Graduate or Post Graduate Degree: Bachelor or Master
Work Experience: Minimum work experience should be 0-3years.
