Job Summary

We are looking for a passionate and creative Theatre Teacher who can inspire students through drama, theatre arts, and stage performances. The ideal candidate should have solid acting skills, experience in directing stage productions, and the ability to nurture students' confidence, communication, and creative expression through theatre.

Key Responsibilities
Plan and conduct engaging theatre and drama classes for students across different grade levels.
Train students in acting, voice modulation, body language, improvisation, and stagecraft.
Direct and choreograph school plays, annual day performances, skits, and cultural events.
Develop scripts or adapt existing scripts suitable for school productions.
Organize auditions, rehearsals, and stage performances.
Guide students in character development and performance techniques.




Coordinate with teachers and school management for cultural programs and competitions.
Encourage creativity, teamwork, confidence, and public speaking among students.
Maintain discipline and ensure a protected, inclusive learning setting.
Assess students' progress and provide constructive feedback.

Required Skills
Strong acting and stage performance skills.
Experience in theatre direction and production.
Excellent communication and classroom management skills.
Ability to engage and motivate students.
Creativity in scriptwriting, storytelling, and improvisation.
Knowledge of stage design, props, costumes, and lighting is an added advantage.
