Roles & Responsibilities
Review, organize, and upload medical records into EHR systems
Perform chart preparation for physicians prior to patient visits
Support loading notes activities for upcoming patient appointments
Create and update patient appointments in healthcare systems
Handle fax triage, document classification, and indexing
Support EHR migration and data abstraction projects
Validate patient demographics and clinical documentation
Maintain accuracy while handling sensitive healthcare information
Coordinate with internal quality and operations teams
Follow HIPAA and client-specific confidentiality guidelines
Desired Skills
Good written and verbal English communication
Solid attention to detail and documentation accuracy
Basic knowledge of human anatomy and medical terminology preferred
Good computer and typing skills
Ability to work in night shifts aligned to US time zones, if required
Quick learner with willingness to adapt to healthcare workflows
Knowledge of EMRs/EHRs is preferred
