Make outbound calls to assigned leads and prospective patients.
Follow up with existing and recent leads regularly.
Explain the hospital/clinic services and answer patient queries.
Convince and encourage patients to visit the hospital/clinic for consultation and treatment.
Schedule patient appointments and maintain follow-up records.
Update lead status and call details in the system or register.
Coordinate with doctors and the reception team for patient appointments.
Achieve daily and monthly calling and conversion targets.
Maintain qualified communication and ensure patient satisfaction.

SKILLS
Positive communication skills in Hindi and basic English.
Confidence in telecalling and patient handling.
Basic computer knowledge (MS Office/Excel).
Ability to maintain call records and follow-up.
Positive attitude and convincing skills.

Qualification / शैक्षणिक योग्यता
Minimum: 12th Pass / Graduate Preferred.
Telecalling, Customer Care, Healthcare, or Sales experience will be preferred.

Pay: From ₹12,000.00 per month
