We are looking for a high-impact Sr. Manager Strategy & Operations to work closely with the Founders Office and leadership team. This role will drive strategic initiatives, solve critical business problems, and ensure execution across cross-functional teams in a quick-paced B2C startup environment.
Key Responsibilities
Founders' Office & Strategic Initiatives
Partner directly with founders to drive high-priority business initiatives
Translate ambiguous problems into structured strategies and execution plans
Own end-to-end delivery of key projects impacting growth, revenue, and efficiency
Data-Driven Decision Making
Analyze large datasets to derive actionable insights for business decisions
Build dashboards, track KPIs, and identify performance gaps
Act as an Individual Contributor (IC) on critical analytical problem statements
Business Operations & Execution
Drive operational excellence across functions (Sales, Product, Marketing, Ops)
Identify bottlenecks and implement scalable processes
Ensure timely execution and measurable outcomes of initiatives
Cross-Functional Leadership
Lead and manage cross-functional projects across teams
Align stakeholders and drive accountability without direct authority
Collaborate with leadership to prioritize initiatives
Team Management
Manage and mentor a small, high-performance team
Ensure robust ownership, output quality, and execution speed
Ideal Candidate Profile
Education: B.Tech from IIT / BITS and/or MBA from IIM (preferred)
Experience:
5+ years of total experience
4+ years in Strategy / Operations / Founders Office roles in Series A+ B2C startups
2+ years of solid hands-on experience working with data as an IC
Proven experience managing teams and delivering business outcomes
Strong exposure to cross-functional project leadership
High ownership, structured thinking, and problem-solving ability
Ability to thrive in ambiguity and high-growth environments
