Job Summary

We are looking for a proactive Sales Coordinator to manage existing client relationships, process orders, and support daily sales operations. The ideal candidate should have robust coordination skills and at least 6 months of experience in a similar role.

Key Responsibilities
Maintain and strengthen relationships with existing clients.
Receive customer orders and process them accurately.
Prepare Quotations, Proforma Invoices (PI), and other sales documents.
Coordinate with the Plant, Accounts, and Logistics teams for timely order execution.
Follow up with clients regarding orders, payments, and dispatch.
Maintain sales records, MIS reports, and customer data.
Resolve customer queries and provide timely support.

Requirements
Bachelor's degree in any discipline.




Minimum 6 months of experience as a Sales Coordinator or in a similar role.
Pharma industry experience will be an added advantage.
Good communication and coordination skills.
Proficiency in MS Excel and MS Office.
Ability to work in a quick-paced environment.

What We Offer
Fixed salary: ₹15,000 – ₹20,000 per month based on experience
Fixed working hours: 9:30 AM – 6:30 PM | No odd-hour shifts or weekend pressure.
Annual performance appraisal
Learning exposure to pharmaceutical sales operations, distribution network, and client management

Pay: ₹15,000.00 - ₹20,000.00 per month
