About the Role:

NeoDym Technologies is looking for a motivated and experienced US Non - IT Recruiter to join our growing US Staffing team. The ideal candidate should have experience in full-cycle recruitment, working with Tier-1 vendors, prime vendors, and direct clients. Candidates must be comfortable working in night shifts.

Required Qualifications
Bachelor's degree in any discipline. Postgraduate qualification, if any, will be an added advantage
Strong attention to detail and organizational skills

Preferred candidate profile
Valuable verbal and written communication skills




Source and identify qualified non-IT consultants through job portals, vendor networks, and internal databases.
Ability to work in US EST Night Shift.
Screen, evaluate, and shortlist candidates based on technical skills and client requirements.
Submit qualified consultant profiles and follow up for interview schedules and feedback.
Maintain candidate records and recruitment reports. Work with Prime Vendors, Implementation Partners, and Direct Clients to obtain job requirements.
Ensure timely submissions and maintain a solid candidate pipeline.
