Human Resources (HR) Executive :

Location: Nagercoil / Kanyakumari, Tamil Nadu
Experience: Minimum 2+ years of continuous experience in the same company
Industry: Research & Development (PhD Assistance)

Job Summary :

We are looking for a dedicated HR Executive to join our team in Nagercoil/Kanyakumari. The ideal candidate should have a minimum of 2 years of continuous HR experience in the same organization with strong knowledge of recruitment, employee onboarding, performance management, employee engagement, and HR operations.

Key Responsibilities :
Handle end-to-end recruitment, including job posting, sourcing, screening, interview scheduling, and candidate follow-up.
Source candidates through Indeed, Naukri, LinkedIn, job portals, employee referrals, and social media.
Coordinate interviews with hiring managers and management.
Conduct employee onboarding, induction, and joining formalities.
Prepare offer letters, appointment letters, confirmation letters, and other HR documents.
Maintain employee records, attendance, leave management, and HR documentation.
Monitor employee probation and performance review processes.
Organize employee engagement activities and HR initiatives.
Support training and development programs.
Ensure compliance with company policies and HR procedures.




Prepare recruitment reports and HR MIS for management.
Build and maintain a positive employee work setting.

Eligibility Criteria :
MBA (HR) or any Bachelor's Degree with relevant HR experience.
Minimum 2 years of continuous HR experience in the same organization (Mandatory).
Strong experience in recruitment and HR operations.
Positive communication and interpersonal skills.
Proficiency in MS Excel, MS Word, and Google Workspace.
Ability to manage multiple hiring requirements and meet recruitment targets.
