Eligibility:
Experience in microbiological testing of food products, water, environmental samples, media preparation, calibration, GMP, GLP, food safety documentation, and environmental monitoring.
Experience in meat, poultry, seafood, dairy, or food processing industries will be preferred.
Key Responsibilities:
Perform microbiological testing of raw materials, finished products, water, and environmental samples.
Media preparation, equipment calibration, documentation, and compliance with GMP/GLP/FSSC requirements.
Environmental monitoring, hygiene verification, trend analysis, and CAPA.
