Prithvi Urban is a construction and real estate development company known for delivering projects on time, without compromising on quality. Our team, led by an experienced and professionally qualified management, personally oversees every project to ensure its executed with care and precision. We specialize in row houses and villa-type construction, housing society development (plotting), renovations and remodeling, and asset maintenance. Over the years, we have successfully completed projects for the Uttar Pradesh Government and Northern Railways, and we are currently developing two multistory sites in Indraprastha, with a third site in the planning stage.
Profile Summary
Handling day-to-day accounting operations for the contracting and trading business – invoicing, GST compliance, ledger maintenance, and vendor/client payment coordination.
This includes handling accounts across both contracting sites and the trading business simultaneously, tracking site-wise material costs alongside sales and purchase ledgers.
Roles & Responsibilities
Maintain day-to-day books of accounts in Tally / Excel
Prepare and file GST returns, TDS, and other statutory compliances
Raise sales invoices and track outstanding payments from clients
Verify and process vendor / supplier bills and payments
Reconcile bank statements and petty cash
Coordinate with CA / auditor for month-end and year-end closing
Maintain site-wise and project-wise cost records
