Job Title: OpenText AppWorks (BPM) Developer / Support Analyst

Job Summary:-
We are seeking an experienced OpenText AppWorks (BPM) Developer/Support Analyst to design, develop, and support workflow-based enterprise applications. The ideal candidate should have hands-on experience with OpenText AppWorks/Process Suite, solid workflow development skills, and exposure to Finance processes such as Accounts Receivable (AR), Billing, and Accruals.
Key Responsibilities:-
Design, develop, and maintain applications using OpenText AppWorks (Process Suite/BPM).
Support and enhance finance-related workflow applications.
Develop workflows for:
Accounts Receivable (AR)
Billing Processes
Accrual Calculations & Approvals
Integrate applications using REST and SOAP APIs.
Debug, troubleshoot, and resolve production issues.
Perform performance tuning and application optimization.
Collaborate with Business Analysts and business stakeholders to understand requirements.
Participate in User Acceptance Testing (UAT), deployment, and production support.
Work with databases for data validation and application support.
Integrate with enterprise applications including SAP Finance or Oracle Financials where required.
Required Skills:-
4+ years of experience in OpenText AppWorks / OpenText Process Suite / OpenText BPM.
Solid knowledge of BPMN and workflow design.
Experience with REST APIs and SOAP Web Services.
Basic UI customization using HTML, CSS, and JavaScript.
Strong SQL skills (Oracle or SQL Server).
Experience in debugging, issue analysis, and production support.
Valuable understanding of workflow-based enterprise applications.
Preferred Skills:-
Exposure to SAP Finance or Oracle Financials.
Experience with OpenText Content Server or other Document Management Systems.
Knowledge of Finance business processes.
Functional Knowledge:-
