We are looking for a Dotnet Technical Manager who can lead the design, development, and delivery of enterprise-grade applications using C#.NET, ASP.NET, and SQL Server.

Required Skills:
14+ years of experience in .NET application development, with at least 35 years in a technical leadership or people management role.
Solid hands-on experience in C#.NET, ASP.NET, ASP.NET MVC/.NET Core, and SQL Server.
Expertise in designing REST APIs, microservices, and scalable enterprise applications.
Solid understanding of software design patterns, object-oriented programming, and system architecture.
Experience with Agile/Scrum methodologies, CI/CD pipelines, Git/Azure DevOps, and application performance tuning.
Excellent stakeholder management, communication, and team leadership skills.

Preferred Skills:
Experience in the Banking or Financial Services domain, with exposure to payment systems, lending, or core banking applications.
Knowledge of Azure cloud services, messaging technologies (Kafka/RabbitMQ), and up-to-date DevOps practices is an added advantage.
