Roles & responsibilities:
Design, implement, and support Silverpeak SD-WAN solutions across enterprise and multi-site settings.
Lead SD-WAN deployment projects, including migration from traditional WAN to SD-WAN architecture.
Configure and manage EdgeConnect appliances, orchestrators, and controllers.
Integrate SD-WAN with cloud platforms (e.g., AWS, Azure) and third-party security tools.
Perform network assessments, performance tuning, and troubleshooting to ensure optimal operation.
Work closely with security, cloud, and application teams to align network services with business needs.
Monitor, analyze, and report on SD-WAN performance using analytics and reporting tools.
Provide documentation, knowledge transfer, and mentorship to junior team members.
Maintain current knowledge of industry trends and emerging technologies.
