Automation Tester (Oracle HCM) – 2 to 4 Years Oracle HCM Experience (4A)
Develop and execute automated and manual test cases for Oracle HCM Cloud applications.
Validate Core HR, Talent Management, Recruiting, Payroll, and Advantages business processes.
Participate in requirement reviews, test case design, defect tracking, and regression testing activities.
Create automation scripts, maintain test data, and support continuous test execution cycles.
Work with QA leads and functional consultants to ensure quality deliverables within project timelines.
Experience in Oracle HCM testing, OpKey
