Operate CNC Wire Cut EDM machines for precision machining.
Set up workpieces, fixtures, and machine parameters as per job requirements.
Read and interpret engineering drawings, GD&T;, and process sheets.
Perform wire threading, alignment, and offset setting.
Monitor machining operations and ensure dimensional accuracy.
Required Skills
Knowledge of CNC Wire Cut EDM machine operation.
Ability to read engineering drawings and understand tolerances.
Basic understanding of G-code/M-code (preferred).
Knowledge of wire threading, flushing, and spark gap settings.
Familiarity with precision measuring instruments.
