Solid Business Analyst experience in Banking/Digital Banking projects.
Exposure to DPDP Compliance, Data Privacy, Consent Management, Regulatory Compliance, GDPR, or similar initiatives.
Solid understanding of:
Requirement Gathering and Analysis
BRD, FSD/FRD, DFD, RTM
Functional and Process Flow Documentation
Non-Functional Requirements (NFRs)
Customer Onboarding and Digital Banking Journeys
Ability to explain end-to-end business processes and stakeholder interactions.
