M365 Copilot + Power Apps + Copilot Architecture
Microsoft Power Platform

Experience : 12 to 16 yrs
Location : PAN India

Key Responsibilities
Copilot Studio Development
Build, enhance, and maintain copilots using Microsoft Copilot Studio.
Create custom solutions using Power Automate, APIs, and custom connectors.
Connect copilots with enterprise systems such as Dataverse, Microsoft Graph, SharePoint, Azure Functions, and other external services.
Power Platform Development
Develop Power Automate flows and business process solutions.
Build Canvas Apps and Model-Driven Apps using Dataverse.
Design data models, business rules, and relationships in Dataverse.
Follow application lifecycle management (ALM) practices using Azure DevOps or GitHub.
Integrations and Connectors
Integrate applications with REST APIs, Azure Functions, Dataverse, and third-party platforms such as SAP, ServiceNow, and Salesforce.




Ensure secure authentication, proper error handling, and reliable integrations.
Prompt Engineering and AI Solutions
Create effective prompts and instructions for AI-powered copilots.
Use enterprise data sources such as Dataverse, SharePoint, and APIs to improve AI responses.
Work with RAG (Retrieval-Augmented Generation) and hybrid search solutions when required.
Microsoft Graph API
Build secure integrations with Microsoft Graph to work with users, groups, emails, calendars, files, and Teams data.
Develop Graph-based automations using Power Automate and Copilot solutions.
