About the Role:

We are seeking a dedicated and experienced ServiceNow Manager to join our tech team. This permanent position offers a unique opportunity to lead and manage ServiceNow implementations, ensuring seamless integration and optimization of services. The ideal candidate will have a solid background in ServiceNow, coupled with a strategic mindset to drive technological advancements that align with our organizational goals.

Key Responsibilities:
Lead and manage ServiceNow projects from initiation through implementation, ensuring timely delivery and adherence to quality standards.
Collaborate with cross-functional teams to understand and address business needs, translating them into effective ServiceNow solutions.
Oversee the configuration, customization, and maintenance of the ServiceNow platform to meet organizational objectives.
Ensure compliance with industry standards and best practices while managing risk and security within the ServiceNow workplace.
Provide strategic guidance and leadership to the tech team,



fostering a culture of innovation and continuous improvement.
Monitor ServiceNow performance metrics and implement enhancements to optimize system functionality.

Requirements:
Minimum of 9 years of experience in a relevant field, with at least 3 years in a managerial role.
Proven expertise in ServiceNow, at least 5 years, with a strong understanding of its capabilities and functionalities.
Excellent problem-solving skills, with the ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously.
Solid communication and leadership skills to effectively guide teams and liaise with stakeholders.
A proactive approach to identifying and implementing process improvements and technological advancements.

Preferred Qualifications:
Relevant certifications in ServiceNow or related technologies.
Experience working within a global professional services environment.
