Job Description: SAP SD Senior

Location: Bangalore
Experience: 9+ Years

Required Skills
Solid experience in SAP SD (Sales & Distribution).
Good understanding of Order-to-Cash (OTC) business processes.
Experience in SAP SD integration with FICO, PTP/MM, and CS modules.
Knowledge of SD Billing, Contracts, and Master Data management.
Hands-on experience with Equipment Master, Install Base, and Warranty processes.
Ability to troubleshoot IDocs, AIF errors, and interface issues.
Exposure to SAP S/4HANA setting.

Good-to-Have Skills
Experience with Incident Management tools and processes.
Basic SAP ABAP knowledge.
Understanding of integrations with non-SAP systems.
Knowledge of Change Management processes.
SAP S/4HANA implementation/support experience.

Key Responsibilities
Gather and analyze business requirements for OTC processes.
Configure and support SAP SD solutions.
Work on integrations with FICO, MM/PTP, and CS modules.
Manage billing, contracts, master data,



and warranty-related activities.
Troubleshoot and resolve interface, IDoc, and application issues.
Support testing, enhancements, and production support activities.
Collaborate with business and technical teams to deliver effective solutions.

Candidate Profile
8+ years of SAP SD experience.
Strong knowledge of OTC processes and SAP integrations.
Positive analytical, communication, and problem-solving skills.
Experience in SAP support, implementation, or enhancement projects.
