Access Healthcare is looking for enthusiastic and customer-focused professionals to join our Scheduling Voice Process team.

Eligibility Criteria
Graduate in any discipline (mandatory)
Minimum 8 months of experience in an International Voice Process
Excellent English communication skills (both verbal and written)
Solid customer service and problem-solving skills
Comfortable working in night shifts

Job Responsibilities
Handle inbound and outbound calls with international clients.
Schedule, reschedule, and coordinate appointments accurately.
Maintain high levels of customer satisfaction through qualified communication.




Update and manage customer information in internal systems.
Adhere to quality, compliance, and productivity standards.
