Roles & Responsibilities
Design social media posts, banners, and ad creatives.
Create brochures, flyers, standees, hoardings, and marketing collateral.
Design project layouts, master plans, location maps, and presentation decks.
Create creatives for Meta Ads, Google Ads, and other digital campaigns.
Design branding materials including business cards, letterheads, and company profiles.
Work closely with the Performance Marketing and Sales teams.
Maintain brand consistency across all marketing materials.
Coordinate with the Video Editor for thumbnails and promotional creatives.
Stay updated with the latest design trends and tools.

Required Skills
Minimum 2 years of experience in Graphic Designing.
Experience in the real estate industry preferred.
Proficiency in Adobe Photoshop, Illustrator, InDesign, and Canva.
Knowledge of Figma is an added advantage.
Strong understanding of typography, color theory, and branding.
Strong teamwork player.




Ability to work under deadlines and manage multiple projects.

Preferred Qualifications
Experience designing for real estate developers, builders, or property consultants.
Basic knowledge of AI design tools.
Creative thinking and attention to detail.
