Submit Daily Progress Report (DPR) before leaving the site
Submit Daily Labour Report (DLR) to QS/PM before 9:30 AM
Allocate work to labourers and monitor daily activities
Supervise and track work progress as per project schedule
Ensure work execution aligns with drawings and quality standards
Coordinate Joint Measurement Records (JMR) with Client/PMC
Manage labour and material requirements at site
Raise material indents to the store with proper work details
Ensure adherence to safety and quality norms as per company standards
Verify and complete all checklists before concrete casting

Requirements
Solid knowledge of site execution and construction processes
Ability to read and interpret technical drawings
Positive coordination and team management skills
Knowledge of quality control and safety practices
Basic documentation and reporting skills
Qualification - B.E Civil
Experience - 8 Years
