KEY RESPONSIBILITIES
Implement and optimise Now Assist across ITSM, CSM, HRSD and platform workflows.
Configure incident/case summarisation, AI Search, virtual-agent responses and knowledge generation.
Build AI Agents using AI Agent Studio; design LLM topics and prompt configurations (Prompt Studio).
Develop workflows, Flow Designer solutions, Business Rules, Client Scripts and Script Includes.
Build integrations via REST/SOAP, IntegrationHub and MID Server.
Monitor AI performance, accuracy, governance and compliance.
Lead solution design workshops, architecture/design reviews and code reviews.
Mentor developers, enforce ServiceNow best practices and development standards.
Engage stakeholders and translate business requirements into scalable technical solutions.





REQUIRED SKILLS & EXPERIENCE
ServiceNow Now Assist, AI Agent Studio, Prompt Studio, AI Search.
Generative AI concepts, prompt engineering and LLM orchestration.
Predictive Intelligence and Workflow Data Fabric (desirable).
JavaScript, Glide API, Flow Designer and IntegrationHub.
Upgrade-protected development and enterprise governance standards.

ServiceNow CSA • ServiceNow CAD • ServiceNow Now Assist / Predictive Intelligence micro-certifications • ITIL 4 Foundation
