About the Role

We are looking for a qualified Chartered Accountant with 2+ years of relevant experience in Financial Reporting and Ind AS. The ideal candidate should have robust exposure to financial reporting activities and preferably experience in IPO-related financial reporting and filings.

Key Responsibilities
Support financial reporting activities and preparation/review of financial statements.
Ensure financial reporting is in accordance with applicable Ind AS requirements.
Perform analysis and review of financial information to ensure accuracy and completeness.
Support reporting and documentation related to financial statements and disclosures.
Coordinate with relevant stakeholders for financial reporting requirements and deliverables.
Support IPO-related financial reporting and filing activities,



wherever applicable.
Assist with DRHP/RHP, SEBI filings, IPO readiness, or similar IPO-related assignments.
Ensure timely completion of assigned financial reporting activities and documentation.

Key Requirements
Qualified Chartered Accountant (CA).
Minimum 2+ years of relevant experience.
Solid experience in Financial Reporting.
Good understanding and practical exposure to Ind AS.
Experience in preparation/review of financial statements.
Exposure to IPO-related financial reporting/filings will be highly preferred.
Experience with DRHP/RHP, SEBI filings, IPO readiness, or similar assignments will be an added advantage.
Robust analytical, communication and stakeholder-management skills.
