Job Title: ServiceNow GRC Developer/Consultant

Job Summary:

We are seeking a skilled ServiceNow GRC Developer/Consultant to design, implement, and support Governance, Risk, and Compliance (GRC) solutions on the ServiceNow platform. The ideal candidate will have hands-on experience with ServiceNow Integrated Risk Management (IRM/GRC), policy and compliance management, audit management, risk assessments, and workflow automation.

Key Responsibilities
Design, develop, configure, and implement ServiceNow GRC/IRM solutions based on business requirements.
Configure and maintain ServiceNow modules including:
Policy and Compliance Management
Risk Management
Audit Management
Vendor Risk Management
Business Continuity Management (BCM)
Operational Resilience (preferred)
Develop and customize workflows, business rules, UI policies, client scripts, Flow Designer flows, and integrations.




Collaborate with stakeholders to gather requirements and translate them into scalable technical solutions.
Configure risk assessment methodologies, controls, indicators, issue management, and exception management processes.
Integrate ServiceNow GRC with third-party systems, security tools, and enterprise applications.
Create reports, dashboards, and performance analytics for risk and compliance monitoring.
Perform platform upgrades, enhancements, and troubleshooting activities.
Support testing activities including unit testing, SIT, UAT, and production deployment.
Develop technical documentation, design documents, and knowledge transfer materials.
Ensure adherence to ServiceNow development best practices and governance standards.
