Purchase & Vendor Accounting
Recording purchase invoices in accounting software
Vendor ledger reconciliation
Verification of purchase orders against invoices
Supporting payment documentation and vendor coordination

Inventory & Stock Accounting Support
Assisting in stock reconciliation (physical vs system records)
Supporting inward and outward entry verification
Coordinating with operations for inventory documentation

Sales & GST Support
Assisting in sales entry verification
Supporting GST data preparation (basic level GSTR1 and GSTR3B workings)
Reconciling sales registers with accounting records

Bank & BRS Support
Assisting in preparation of Bank Reconciliation Statements (BRS)
Tracking collections and payment entries

Operational Finance Support
Organizing vouchers and supporting audit documentation
Maintaining compliance trackers

Eligibility Criteria
B.Com Graduate
CA / CMA (Inter / Dropout) candidates preferred
Proficiency in MS Excel (formulas preferred)
Familiarity with accounting software is an advantage
