Role & responsibilities

Preferred candidate profile
Install, configure, and maintain desktops, laptops, printers, and peripheral devices.
Troubleshoot hardware, software, and operating system issues.
Configure and manage LAN, WAN, Wi-Fi, and VPN networks.
Install and configure managed/unmanaged switches, routers, and wireless access points.
Configure and maintain firewalls (Sophos, SonicWALL, etc.).
Install and manage Windows Server, Active Directory, DNS, DHCP, and Group Policy.
Monitor network performance and resolve connectivity issues.
Install, configure, and troubleshoot CCTV systems, NVRs/DVRs, IP cameras, and network video infrastructure.
Perform structured cabling, patch panel termination, rack installation, and cable management.




Configure fiber networking, SFP modules, media converters, and network racks.
Provide technical support to end users via remote and onsite assistance.
Maintain IT asset inventory and documentation.
Perform data backup, disaster recovery, and preventive maintenance.
Coordinate with vendors for hardware repairs and warranty support.
Ensure IT security best practices, antivirus management, and endpoint protection.
Monitor system uptime and proactively resolve infrastructure issues.
