Job Description
Solid ServiceNow platform engineering experience.
Hands-on experience with ServiceNow Now Assist, AI Agents, and Agentic Workflows.
Experience supporting IRM, GRC, BCM, Privacy, Audit, Risk, and Security Operations functions.
Ability to build conversational AI experiences using Now Assist Panel and Virtual Agent.
Experience implementing AI governance controls and compliance guardrails.
ServiceNow configuration and development using platform-native capabilities.
Experience building reusable automation components and supporting SDK/source-controlled development.
Strong stakeholder management and communication skills.
Ability to explain AI concepts to both technical and non-technical audiences.
Cooperative approach working across Risk, Compliance, Security, and IT teams.

Preferred Candidate Profile

Candidates with a blend of ServiceNow expertise, enterprise risk management knowledge,



workflow automation experience, and exposure to Generative AI/Now Assist implementations will be highly preferred.
