We are looking for an experienced and certified Salesforce Developer with a strong focus on Service Cloud to design, develop, and support scalable Salesforce solutions. The ideal candidate will have hands-on development and configuration experience, along with a solid understanding of Salesforce administration and business processes. Experience in Public Sector Solutions will be a significant advantage.
Your Key Responsibilities
Design, develop, and implement Salesforce solutions with a focus on Service Cloud
Develop and maintain Visualforce pages
Perform Salesforce administration including org setup, user management, profiles, roles, and security
Create custom objects, fields, picklists, page layouts, workflows, approvals, validation rules, and flows
Configure and maintain reports and dashboards
Collaborate with stakeholders to translate business needs into Salesforce solutions
Provide technical support during deployment and post-go-live
Skills and attributes for success
Experience with Salesforce Public Sector Solutions
Familiarity with Omni Studio and Omni Script
Robust analytical and communication skills
Required Qualifications
Salesforce Certified Platform Developer
Minimum 5 years of Salesforce development experience with strong Service Cloud expertise
Visualforce development experience
Solid Salesforce configuration and administration skills
