Job Summary

We are looking for an experienced and customer-focused Service Manager to lead the after-sales service operations at our automobile dealership. The ideal candidate should have strong leadership skills, technical knowledge, and experience in managing workshop operations while ensuring high customer satisfaction.

Key Responsibilities
Manage daily workshop and service center operations.
Lead, train, and motivate service advisors, technicians, and workshop staff.
Ensure timely delivery of vehicles and adherence to quality standards.
Monitor workshop productivity, efficiency, and profitability.
Handle customer complaints and ensure excellent customer satisfaction.
Achieve service revenue, labor, and spare parts targets.




Coordinate with OEM representatives and ensure compliance with dealership standards.
Maintain service records, reports, and operational KPIs.
Ensure workplace safety and compliance with company policies.

Candidate Requirements
Bachelor's degree or Diploma in Mechanical/Automobile Engineering preferred.
10 years of experience in automobile dealership service operations.
Robust knowledge of workshop management and after-sales service.
Excellent leadership, communication, and customer handling skills.
Ability to achieve operational and financial targets.
Experience with Dealer Management Systems (DMS) is an added advantage.
