Role & responsibilities
Source candidates through job portals, social media, and other recruitment channels.
Screen resumes and conduct initial HR interviews.
Coordinate interviews with hiring managers and candidates.
Maintain candidate records and recruitment documentation.
Ensure timely follow-ups and provide a positive candidate experience.
Prepare recruitment reports and update hiring trackers using MS Excel.
Preferred candidate profile
6 months3 years of recruitment experience (Freshers with excellent communication may also apply).
Robust interpersonal and communication skills.
Positive knowledge of MS Excel and recruitment tools.
Ability to manage multiple positions simultaneously.
Immediate joiners will be given preference.
