We are looking for a detail-oriented and organized Master Data Management (MDM) Executive to support the creation, maintenance, and quality of master data across the organization's ERP system. The ideal candidate should have a basic understanding of ERP applications, solid Microsoft Excel skills, and the ability to maintain accurate and consistent data.
Key Responsibilities
Create, update, and maintain master data in the ERP system.
Ensure accuracy, completeness, and consistency of master data records.
Validate data received from business users before system entry.
Perform data cleansing, deduplication, and periodic data quality checks.
Prepare and maintain Excel reports for data analysis and reconciliation.
Coordinate with Procurement, Finance, Sales, HR, and other departments for master data requests.
Follow defined master data governance standards and approval workflows.
Support ERP users by resolving basic master data-related queries.
Maintain documentation for master data changes and audit requirements.
Required Skills
Basic understanding of ERP systems (such as Microsoft Dynamics 365, SAP, Oracle, Business Central, or similar).
Proficient in Microsoft Excel, including:
VLOOKUP/XLOOKUP
Pivot Tables
IF formulas
Data Validation
Conditional Formatting
Basic data analysis and sorting/filtering
Strong attention to detail and data accuracy.
Positive analytical and problem-solving skills.
Ability to work independently and within a team.
Positive written and verbal communication skills.
Preferred Qualifications
Exposure to any ERP system through work, internship, or academic projects.
Basic knowledge of data management concepts.
Familiarity with Microsoft Office applications, especially Excel.
