Role & responsibilities
Manage end-to-end outbound warehouse operations including: o Picking, Packing , Order verification , Shipment Handover.
Ensure achievement of daily targets and SLA adherence.
Handle manpower planning, roster management, and shift operations.
Ensure compliance with SOPs, inventory controls, and safety standards.
Manage escalations related to delayed orders, shortages, and operational issues.
Preferred candidate profile
Experience in E-commerce fulfillment operations
Pharma or healthcare logistics
Large-scale warehouse handling
Manage escalations related to delayed orders, shortages, and operational issues
Coordinate with: Inventory/Inbound teams , Transport/logistics partners
