Role & responsibilities
Develop and maintain CAD drawings for office layouts, furniture placement, and space utilization.
Collaborate with architects, interior designers, and project managers to translate requirements into functional designs.
Conduct space audits and provide recommendations for optimization.
Ensure compliance with building codes, safety regulations, and accessibility standards.
Prepare 3D visualizations, floor plans, and technical documentation for client presentations.
Coordinate with vendors and contractors for implementation of design plans.
Maintain an updated database of space usage and occupancy reports.
Support facility management teams in planning relocations, expansions, or renovations.
Preferred candidate profile
Bachelors degree/Diploma in Civil Engineering, Architecture, Interior Design, or related field.
Certification in CAD software (preferred).
