Role & responsibilities
Supervise day-to-day construction activities at the project site.
Ensure work is executed as per approved architectural and structural drawings.
Manage labour, masons, subcontractors and site resources.
Monitor RCC, masonry, plaster, flooring, waterproofing and finishing works.
Check measurements, quantities and material consumption.
Coordinate with architects, structural engineers, contractors and vendors.
Maintain daily progress reports and ensure work is completed within schedule.
Ensure proper quality control and site safety practices.
Identify site issues and coordinate for timely resolution.
Handle material planning, site requirements and labour allocation.

Preferred candidate profile
Diploma/B.Tech in Civil Engineering.




Minimum 810 years of relevant site experience.
Strong experience in building construction and site execution.
Good knowledge of RCC, finishing works, drawings and measurements.
Capable of independently handling labour and subcontractors.
Positive communication and coordination skills.
Willing to work at project location and manage site operations independently.
