Job Title: Construction Supervisor Safety

Experience: Minimum 8+ Years

Qualification: B.E/B.Tech And Safety Diploma (Mandatory); NEBOSH Preferred

Key Responsibilities:
Supervise construction site activities, ensuring full compliance with safety standards and protocols.
Coordinate with P&G; teams, contractors, and stakeholders for protected and effective site execution.
Monitor and control site safety performance; ensure adherence to industrial, electrical, and fire safety norms.
Conduct safety audits, inspections, and implement mitigation actions where needed.
Lead daily/weekly safety meetings and prepare safety reports and presentations for management and clients.




Enforce statutory safety compliances and propose continuous improvement measures.
Collaborate across departments to integrate safety practices into all site operations.

Skills & Requirements:
Solid knowledge of industrial, electrical, and fire safety.
Hands-on experience in construction site safety management.
Familiar with safety regulations, audits, and compliance procedures.
Excellent communication, coordination, and reporting skills.
NEBOSH/IOSH certification preferred.
