Job Summary

We are looking for a dynamic and experienced Senior Pre-Sales Executive to join our real estate team. The ideal candidate should have excellent communication skills, strong customer handling abilities, and the confidence to interact with clients in both Tamil and English. Candidates should have 60–70% English communication proficiency and be capable of converting leads into site visits.

Key Responsibilities
Handle inbound and outbound customer calls.
Explain project details and resolve customer queries.
Generate and qualify sales leads.
Schedule and coordinate site visits with the sales team.
Follow up with prospective customers regularly.
Maintain customer records and update CRM.
Achieve monthly lead conversion and site visit targets.
Coordinate with the sales team for successful closures.
Prepare daily and weekly follow-up reports.





Requirements
2–5 years of experience in Pre-Sales/Telesales, preferably in the real estate industry.
Excellent communication skills in Tamil.
60–70% English communication proficiency (speaking, reading, and understanding).
Strong convincing and negotiation skills.
Valuable customer relationship and follow-up skills.
Basic knowledge of MS Excel, Word, and CRM software.
Positive attitude and target-oriented approach.

Experience in handling property enquiries.
Ability to build rapport with customers.
Strong interpersonal and presentation skills.
Team player with a proactive attitude.
