Daily Execution & Carrier Management
Conduct monthly RFQ and forwarder allocation in consultation with Head logistics and Exports team
Ensure booking copies and containers are ensured for the export stuffing
Ensure containers for direct export stuffing at plants.
Alert to stake holders for containers shipped in case of any change in the planned ETA .
Identification of recent forwarders/liners for export/import requirements as the case may be.
Monitoring of trends in Exim freight and movements

Cost & Budget Control
Provide inputs to logistics analyst for export freight and Inland-import handling budgets.
Identify recent liners and recent forwarders to reduce export freight cost.
Identify and implement Cost reduction initiatives in export freight, import freight cost and inland import handling.
Digitization of Exports operations -RFQ, Container allocation and tracking
