Key Responsibilities:
Design and develop CNC machines.
Create 2D & 3D models, assemblies, and detailed part drawings using Inventor & AutoCAD.
Work on machine structures, tooling, fixtures, and panel layouts.
Collaborate with electrical / CNC automation team for integration of CNC systems (Siemens / Fanuc / Mitsubishi, etc.).
Prepare and update BOM, design documents, and technical specifications.
Ensure manufacturability with proper GD&T;, tolerances, and machining process understanding.
Provide technical support to production, assembly, and commissioning teams.

Required Skills & Competencies:
Strong knowledge of machine tool / CNC machine design (preferably gear machines or SPMs).
Proficiency in Inventor & AutoCAD (mandatory).
Familiarity with CNC systems (Fanuc / Siemens / Mitsubishi) integration is desirable.
Knowledge of gears, kinematics, mechanical drives, hydraulics, pneumatics.
Positive understanding of machining, fabrication, and assembly practices.
Analytical thinking and cutting-edge problem-solving.
