The Sales Representative will be responsible for generating recent business, handling client inquiries, coordinating with internal teams, and supporting the companys global sales operations.
This role requires strong communication skills, relationship-building ability, and a proactive approach to converting enquiries into orders.

Key Responsibilities:
Lead Generation & Client Interaction
Identify potential customers through calls, emails, LinkedIn, B2B portals, and project databases.
Contact recent and existing clients to understand their requirements.
Maintain robust customer relationships and follow-ups for repeat business.
Sales & Quotation Management
Prepare and send quotations based on client inquiries.
Negotiate prices, delivery terms, and payment terms.
Convert enquiries into orders with timely communication.
Coordinate with suppliers to obtain competitive prices when required.
Coordination & Documentation
Coordinate with Sales Coordinator, Purchase, Production, and Logistics teams.




Ensure timely submission of quotations, proforma invoices, and order confirmations.
Maintain records of enquiries, pricing, quotations, and order status.
Market Research & Product Knowledge
Stay updated with market trends, competitor pricing, and product demand.
Understand material grades, specifications, and technical requirements (Stainless Steel, Nickel Alloy, Duplex, Pipes, Tubes, Fittings, Flanges, Sheets, etc.).
After-Sales Support
Follow up with clients regarding dispatch, delivery, and feedback.
Resolve customer issues professionally and ensure customer satisfaction.

Requirements
Strong communication and negotiation skills.
Good command of English (written & spoken).
Basic understanding of industrial raw materials (preferred).
Ability to manage multiple enquiries and clients simultaneously.
