The ideal candidate will have a solid background in clinical project management and a passion for delivering exceptional results.
Roles and Responsibility
Manage and coordinate clinical projects from initiation to completion, ensuring timely and within-budget delivery.
Develop and implement effective project plans, resource allocation, and risk management strategies.
Collaborate with cross-functional teams, including clinical operations, data management, and medical writing.
Conduct site feasibility assessments, monitor progress, and identify areas for improvement.
Ensure compliance with regulatory requirements, company policies, and industry standards.
Provide training and support to project team members on clinical trial conduct and data management.
Job Requirements
Bachelor's degree in a related field such as biology, pharmacy, or medicine.
Proven experience in clinical project management, preferably in the pharmaceutical industry.
Solid knowledge of clinical trial design, protocols, and informed consent forms.
Excellent communication, interpersonal, and problem-solving skills.
Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced workplace with multiple priorities and deadlines.
Proficiency in project management tools such as MS Project, Asana, or Trello.
