NavGurukul is looking for a People Operations & Systems Lead to strengthen the organizations people systems and operations.
This role will manage end-to-end HR operations including HRMS management, travel coordination, asset management, compliance, and reporting.
The person will design straightforward and fair people processes, streamline operational workflows, and improve systems that support day-to-day functioning across teams.
The role also involves working with HR data and dashboards to identify trends, generate insights, and support better decision-making.
The ideal candidate enjoys simplifying complex processes, improving systems, and balancing operational efficiency with empathy in people-facing processes.
This is a remote role with occasional travel to campuses.
