The QC Engineer is responsible for ensuring that products meet established quality standards by monitoring, inspecting, and improving production processes.
The role involves conducting tests, identifying defects, and implementing corrective actions to maintain product quality and compliance.
Knowledge of quality standards such as ISO 9001.
Develop and implement quality control procedures and standards
Perform inspections of raw materials, in-process production, and finished products
Monitor production processes to ensure compliance with quality requirements
Identify defects and analyze root causes
Prepare and maintain quality documentation and reports
Coordinate with production, design, and procurement teams for quality improvement
Ensure compliance with ISO or other relevant quality standards
Conduct internal audits and support external audits
Recommend process improvements to enhance product quality and efficiency
Handle customer complaints and implement corrective and preventive actions (CAPA).
